Working in partnership - enhance your support to your service users.
We can help you in your mission to improve support for your community and service users. We have gold star standard when it comes to supporting and upskilling our community organisations.
Some examples of organisations we have worked with are: Homestart Trafford, Salford and Wigan, Pharmacy Support, Bury Council, Gorse Hill Studios, Out There, Cleanstart and The Trafford College Group.
Working together to support multiple aspects of an individual's life from the practical to the psychological and emotional needs, at the same time using a person-centred, solution-focused approach produces positive measurable outcomes. Our support can take the form of training or counselling and can be delivered remotely or face-to-face.
Contact our training manager Ali for more information: alison.hambleton@thecfc.org.uk.
