Young at Heart Social Club

Are you feeling isolated?

 

As you grow older do you feel you are not getting out as much or wish for more social interaction?  Do you have an elderly member of your family or friend who you think would benefit from some regular social interaction?

 

The Young at Heart Social Club is group of people who come together at the Café in the Park in Altrincham for a supportive experience and socialising is high on the agenda along with games, and arts and crafts. Did we mention lovely tea, coffee and cake?! Anyone is welcome, just turn up on the day.

 

When and where?

We meet in the Café in the Park at the Counselling & Family Centre, Altrincham on Fridays between 10am - 12 noon.

Adventures in Art

Art Session

If you are creative or just enjoy art why not spend time with like-minded people at our art sessions? It’s a great way to learn about art and meet new people while learning new skills. If you are new to art, don’t worry, you can attend and observe.  Led by local artist Jane Fraser, the group explore painting techniques where no experience is needed. It’s another chance to meet, chat, share and discuss what’s on your mind.
