Co-Dependency Within The Addicted Family System

Who is the course for?

This course will suit anyone who already has a basic understanding and experience of the counselling process and is interested in how addictions affect the family both individually and as a system. This will help to improve the understanding, knowledge and experience of those wishing to work with addiction within the family.
Aim of the course:

  • To understand what co-dependency isTo understand how co-dependency occurs
  • To learn ways of working with co-dependency within the family as a whole and with individuals
  • To be able to identify the signs and symptoms of co-dependency
  • To know what help is in the community for co-dependency

Families and Addiction Co-ordinator at The Counselling and Family Centre with 26 years experience of working with addictions. MBACP counsellor, qualified for 21 years and is FDAP Certified (Federation of Alcohol and Drug Practitioners).

Cost:   £95

Tea and coffee provided. Light refreshments and lunch are available from our café or bring a packed lunch.

Non-invoice bookings: 25% of the total cost is payable on booking to secure a place. The remaining 75% is payable 14 days before the start of the course. Deposit non-refundable.
