We can help you make better sense of what’s happening in your life. You will learn more about yourself, sort out what your needs are, and decide what’s really important to you.

You will never be judged or criticised, and anything you share is kept in confidence (excluding child protection issues).

You can talk to us about anything you want to – whether it is making or dealing with choices, stress, panic attacks, depression, redundancy, bereavement, relationship breakdown, separation and divorce right through to domestic violence and abuse.

There’s no minimum or maximum number of counselling sessions you have to come to. You can come for as long as you find it useful, and finish when you like, but please speak to your counsellor before ending so that together you can come to a helpful conclusion.

Sessions last for about 50 minutes, once a week, and are with the same counsellor.

To make an appointment call us on 0161 941 7754, email appointments@thecfc.org.uk or just drop by the Centre. Out of office hours there is a confidential answer service. Leave a message – we will always get back to you.
