All our counselling services cost £40 per session

However no one is turned away because of an inability to pay this amount. What you actually pay will depend on your household income.

Households with an income of below £30,000.00 per annum

Your assessment session and the first 8 counselling sessions are free, though we would appreciate a donation. If you would like to continue with your counselling after the 8 free sessions, you will be eligible for our subsidised rate of £20.00 per session or, if you are on a Means Tested Benefit, £5.00 per session.  Proof of income must be provided  to access free and concessionary rates via P60, P45, bank statement or wage slips or additional benefit letters.

Please note: if you do not come to your assessment appointment, and have not let us know in advance, you will be charged £5 administration fee. This is payable before your next appointment.

Means Tested benefits accepted

Universal Credit, Income Support, income based Jobseekers Allowance, income based Employment and Support Allowance, Pension Credit (not State Retirement pension), Housing Benefit, Council Tax Benefit.

We regret that free counselling and the concessionary rates are not currently available for Home counselling visits.

We accept cash, cheques, credit and debit cards. Please note we do not take card payments for less than £5.
