Mental Health & Wellbeing Services

Founded in 1975, the Counselling & Family Centre (CFC) is a charity committed to providing a mental health and wellbeing hub for the entire community. Those who need support have access to a framework of dedicated staff, including counsellors, group facilitators and trainers with a wide variety of specialist skills and are supported by a team of highly qualified clinical supervisors. Our strong traditions of community, hard work and friendship are the attributes that connect us all.

At CFC we offer counselling and mental health support from our experienced counsellors when you need it the most. We offer face-to-face, video and telephone counselling from both our Altrincham and Bury sites, as well as from other sites across Greater Manchester. In addition to this we offer wellbeing services to further support your mental health as well as offering services within schools, organisations and corporations.
